At Taree City Centre, we are here to be of assistance to you. You will find the Centre Management Office adjacent to the Albert Street entrance to the Shopping Centre car park. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.Our friendly and helpful team are dedicated to making your visit as enjoyable and pleasurable as possible. Below are just some of the services available for you at Taree City Centre:

Parents Room
The Parents Room at Taree City Centre has currently undergone refurbishment works. The new Parents Room is modern and fresh with plenty of room for mum, dad and bub!

Disabled Facilities
As with the Parents Rooms, the Disabled Facilities at Taree City Centre have currently undergone refurbishment works.

Security
At Taree City Centre, we are conscious of your security and wellbeing whilst shopping in the Centre. For this reason, we have security guards patrolling the Centre 7 days a week. Our Security guards are there for your assistance - feel free to ask them any questions you may have!

Taxi Rank/Bus Stop
A Taxi Rank and Bus stop are located on Manning Street at the front of the Centre.

Public Telephones
Taree City Centre has 2 Public Telephones - 1 located near Marketplace Newsagency and the other is near Network Communications.

Lost Property
All Lost Property from the Centre is bought to the Centre Management office. Please contact Centre Management on 02 6551 6366 for any information of Lost or Found property.

Wheelchair Hire
Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Centre Management office. There is no cost for hire of the Wheelchair, however customers are asked to phone ahead to confirm the Wheelchair is available. For further information or to make a booking, please contact Centre Management on 02 6551 6366.

Charity/Casual Mall Leasing
There is a site available for any non-profit organisation to utilise at the Centre for raffles, information displays etc. For further information, please visit the leasing section of this website.

Australia Post
An Australia Post office is located on the Albert Street side of the Centre, adjacent to the Car park entrance to the Centre.

Banks/ATM's

Taree City Centre has two financial institutions available for customers.

• The Commonwealth Bank is located at the Manning Street front entrance to the Shopping Centre. Commonwealth Bank offers 3 ATM's for customers - all are located externally of the Centre at the Front Entrance on Manning Street.
  
• Newcastle Permanent is located near the Manning Street front entrance of the Shopping Centre. There is an ATM available at the front of the bank.
  
  
• Additional ATM's are located throughout the Centre. There is a St George Bank ATM near Network Communications and a Holiday Coast Credit Union ATM located near Marketplace Newsagency. There is also a Greater Buiding Society ATM loacted outside Priceline.
